This Privacy Policy describes how we manages the personal information we collect and hold.

What personal information does FridgeInsights collect and hold?

We collect and hold your personal information when you are granted a licence to use the FridgeInsights platforms as an Authorised User. The kinds of personal information that we collect and hold about you, as an Authorised User of FridgeInsights, includes (but is not limited to):

  • Name
  • Job title
  • Professional title if applicable
  • Contact details (email address and telephone number)
  • Organisation name and contact details (address, telephone number, email address)
  • Log on credentials (username, password)

Our preference is to engage with you and your Organisation using your business contact details only.

We collect your personal information directly from you or from your Organisation. If you are an Account Administrator, you can nominate individuals within your Organisation to be General Users of the FridgeInsights platform you are administering. When you provide us with personal information about General Users in your Organisation, please ensure you have their consent to do so, that you tell them you are disclosing their personal information to us and direct them to this Policy if requested.


We collect, hold, and use personal information of Authorised Users of FridgeInsights for the following purposes:

  • To set up and administer your FridgeInsights user account.
  • To verify your identity when you contact us.
  • To provide you with customer support, including administrative and technical support, and to ensure the proper functioning of system interactions for e.g., email and SMS alerts.
  • To support commercial interactions where enacted, for e.g., product and warranty registration.
  • For the provision of training.
  • As required or authorised by or under law.

In addition, FridgeInsights may use and disclose de-identified information:

  • To conduct research and analysis.
  • For auditing and reporting purposes.

We do not share your personal information with others, unless we are required or authorised by or under law, or we have sought your prior consent.

Access and correction

As an Account Administrator, you can access and correct both your personal information and the personal information of General Users within your Organisation, via the FridgeInsights portal. Alternately, both Account Administrators and General Users may email us at if you wish to access or correct your personal information with us directly.
